Order Processing

Standard Orders: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipping.

Preorders: These are made-to-order and take longer. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production and fulfillment.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Orders: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return To Sender: If your shipment returns to us due to an invalide address we are able to reship your order to the correct address you provied at an cost of $5 (invoice sent via email) .
