We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and digital products are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- Items returned without authorization.
- Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at nastyrugshelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right.
